Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Agentvendo ("Agentvendo", "we") at agentvendo.com. By buying or downloading, you agree to them.

1. Products

We sell downloadable digital templates (workflows, scripts, documentation). You run them on your own infrastructure with your own accounts and API keys. Third-party services (Shopify, n8n, LLM providers, email providers) are subject to their own terms and fees.

2. License

On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the templates for your own businesses and for client work you perform. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the templates, alone or as part of another template product.

3. Subscriptions

Pro renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Templates downloaded while subscribed remain licensed to you.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

5. No warranty

Templates are provided "as is". Automations act on your data and accounts; review configuration before running them. Figures produced (e.g. estimated profit) are estimates and not accounting or tax advice.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including EU consumer rights.

7. Changes & law

We may update these terms; the version at purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
