Privacy Policy

Agentvendo is the data controller for personal data collected on agentvendo.com. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Email address when you request the free template or buy, to deliver the product and send product updates.
• Order details (name, email, country, amount) processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• Basic, privacy-friendly server logs for security.

Your store data

Templates run on your own infrastructure. Your Shopify data and API tokens never pass through our servers.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Contract performance (delivering purchases), consent (free template emails, which you can withdraw anytime via the unsubscribe link) and legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention).

Processors

Stripe (payments), our email provider (e.g. Resend) and hosting (e.g. Vercel). Some may process data outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Order records are kept as required by tax law. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, and object to processing, by emailing hello@agentvendo.com. You may complain to the Romanian authority ANSPDCP or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies needed for secure checkout.
