Refund Policy

We want the templates to work for your store. If they don't, you get your money back.

14-day refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any one-time pack (Starter or Complete) or the first payment of a Pro subscription. Email hello@agentvendo.com with your order email. A reason helps us improve but isn't required.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. Your license to the refunded templates ends with the refund.

Subscriptions

Cancel Pro anytime to stop future renewals. Renewal payments after the first are refundable within 14 days if you haven't downloaded new content in that period.

EU withdrawal right

Digital content is delivered immediately on purchase. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery, which under EU law ends the statutory withdrawal right; our voluntary 14-day refund above still applies.
